More than 240 years old, the Swayback Cabin was constructed in Tennessee and transported to its current location some time later. It is the oldest structure at the Pine Crest Inn, and once served as a temporary home for The Great Gatsby author F. Scott Fitzgerald and a vacation retreat for Ernest Hemingway. Swayback features a rough-hewn timber exterior and private stone patio graced by rustic carriage lamps. Its intimate wood burning fireplace and cozy interior offer a glimpse into a bygone era, but Swayback offers contemporary comforts including a modern bathroom. The queen bed is nicely appointed.
Swayback has weekday rates of $210 and weekend rates of $235. Your stay includes a gourmet breakfast at our award-winning restaurant each morning. You may prefer breakfast in bed. We would be delighted to deliver your gourmet breakfast at your doorstep.
