More than 240 years old, the Swayback Cabin was constructed in Tennessee and transported to its current location some time later. It is the oldest structure at the Pine Crest Inn, and once served as a temporary home for The Great Gatsby author F. Scott Fitzgerald and a vacation retreat for Ernest Hemingway. Swayback features a rough-hewn timber exterior and private stone patio graced by rustic carriage lamps. Its wood burning fireplace and cozy interior offer a glimpse into a bygone era, but Swayback offers contemporary comforts including a modern bathroom.
